Born from late-night hunger by founders Chef Matt, Ryan and Alex, the Eatsie Boys saga began in a food trailer (2010), transitioned into an inspired ice cream truck (2011), morphed into the intergalactic food truck (2011) and, finally, evolved into the brick-and-mortar Eatsie Boys Cafe (2012).

Eatsie Boys Cafe is a casual, counter service eatery in Mmmontrose dishin’ out only the freshest eats. Enjoy breakfast, sandwiches, salads, premium coffee, frozen awesome, “trust us” specials and more! Eatsie Boys’ Intergalactic Food Truck specializes in all catered events from small private dinners to large corporate functions; the Eatsie Boys will fight for your right to party (pâté)!

We are dedicated to using top quality, locally-sourced ingredients when possible, and we consider our relationships with local businesses and farmers a high priority.
