Born from late-night hunger by founders Chef Matt, Ryan and Alex, the Eatsie Boys saga began in a food trailer (2010), transitioned into an inspired ice cream truck (2011), morphed back into a food truck (2011) and, finally, evolved to the ALL GOLD Intergalactic Food Truck (2014).

Eatsie Boys’ Intergalactic Food Truck dishes out the freshest eats on the streets. EBoys also specialize in all types of catered events. Whether it's a small private dinner, a rockin' house party, or a large corporate function; the Eatsie Boys will fight for your right to party (pâté)!

We are dedicated to using top quality, locally-sourced ingredients when possible, and we consider our relationships with local businesses and farmers a high priority.
